Included in these states are the states that have adopted the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) (a bar exam composed of the Multistate Essay Exam, two Multistate Performance Tests [MPT], and the Multistate Bar Exam [MBE]) as well as jurisdictions that have not adopted the UBE.
