Should I Take MEE Subjects In Law School To Pass The Bar?
The UBE includes three parts: MBE, MEE, and MPT. The MBE subjects are usually part of the required courses in law school and include the following subjects: (1) civil procedure, (2) constitutional law, (3) contracts & sales, (4) criminal law & procedure, (5) evidence, (6) property, and (7) torts. The MEE, however, tests on all the above-mentioned subjects as well as subjects that you might not have been exposed to while in law school. Many students wonder if they need to take all the MEE subjects in law school in order to pass the bar even if they have absolutely no interest in the subject matter. Below, we discuss whether you should take MEE subjects in order to pass the bar exam.
