Our MEE Course Can Help You Pass the Bar Exam!
How Our Multistate Essay Exam (MEE) Course Can Help You Pass The Bar Exam!
Thirty-seven jurisdictions administer the MEE at the moment and this number is only growing. In UBE jurisdictions, the MEE is weighted at 30%, or the equivalent of 105 multiple-choice questions! Many examinees make the mistake of only studying the MBE subjects and neglecting to review the MEE subjects. However, there is no magic number regarding how many essays will test MBE subjects and how many essays will test MEE subjects. So, you need to prepare for all of them! Below are a few ways that our MEE course can help you maximize your study time:
How Our MEE Course Can Help You Pass The Bar Exam!
1. We have the most comprehensive and up-to-date materials!
The best way to learn the substantive law is by using quality outlines. In our course you will receive outlines for the following subjects: Agency & Partnership, Corporations & LLCs, Decedents’ Estates, Trusts & Future Interests, Family Law, Secured Transactions, and Conflict of Laws. We update our outlines after every administration, and include every issue of law tested since 1995. Additionally, we tell you what the most highly tested issues are so that you don’t have to figure it out! To help you memorize the law, we include charts, examples from past exams, and easy to memorize mnemonics.

Some students will pay for a full course just to get our outstanding materials. We recommend you attend the course and take advantage of the essay feedback and everything else–but that just shows you how superior our materials are. (We do not sell outlines separately from the course. The closest we come to selling outlines is our our MEE one-sheets. These are an outstanding resource, but they do not contain full outlines for MEE subjects.)
2. We provide a structured learning environment.
The MEE course will convene as a small group online from January 23-27, 2017. Each day we will meet for 2 hours to review the law; we always set time aside to answer questions. Note that every subject is not tested equally on the MEE! In our 2-hour sessions, we will give you our frequency charts so you can see how to prioritize your studying.
We accept a maximum of ten students to ensure that everyone who has questions can ask them. And to facilitate true learning in an intimate small-group environment.
3. We will teach you the best way to practice and review essays.
Oftentimes, examinees do not take the time to practice essays on diverse issues within one area of law. Further, students do not usually take the time to understand how they can improve their structure, organization, timing, analysis, and rule statements. In our MEE course, we will show you the best way to practice and review your answers.
4. We will provide you with our predictions of what is coming up.
Before finalizing our predictions, we identify any patterns that suggest when certain subjects will be tested. Further, we review the issues tested within each subject to help you narrow down which areas of law will likely be tested on the upcoming bar exam.
5. We will give you detailed feedback on a practice 3-hour Multistate Essay Exam.
There is no better way to figure out what you need to work on than by taking a six question 3-hour exam that is comprised of actual released questions. When reviewing your essays, we will grade your answer using a comprehensive rubric so that you can see whether you spotted all of the issues, stated the law correctly, used enough facts in your analysis, and organized your answer appropriately. We will also suggest ways that you can improve your score.
