The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) is something that everyone needs to pass before they can obtain their license to practice law.  It tests your knowledge on the ABA’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct.  For those who have never been exposed to these rules before (and even for those who have!), the material tested on this exam can be very confusing.  To complicate matters, the MPRE has a reputation of being a test that you really don’t need to study for to pass.  This is very dangerous!  While the MPRE isn’t impossible, it certainly requires you to put in the effort.  And we want to help!
