Business Associations (Agency/Partnership/LLCs) is frequently tested on the MEE, so we were not surprised to see it tested in July 2023! The tested issues were partnership formation, LLC manager as an agent to the LLC, and piercing the corporate veil.

The JD Advising MEE One-Sheets covered all tested issues on the July 2023 Business Associations MEE, providing students with the opportunity to earn 100% of the points on this Business Associations question, just from studying the MEE One-Sheets! 

Secured Transactions: 100%

Secured Transactions was tested in July 2023 for the second time in two consecutive administrations. The tested Secured Transactions issues were application of Article 9, attachment, perfection, and priority.
