Our Multistate Performance Test (MPT) books combine all MPTs from a particular type in one volume. MPTs from 2009 to July 2024 are included in these books.
Within each book, the MPTs are arranged by the year the task appeared. Included in our MPT books are the file and library for each test, the released point sheet from the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), and a model student answer from either the New York or Georgia Board of Bar Examiners’ website.

I bought the MPT books and I am very happy that I did that. The books are divided into different sections (objective memo, persuasive brief, Opinion letters, demand letters and wildcards). The Books come with a free MPT Guide and the Guide is priceless. The guide explains why the MPT is important (it is the equivalent of 70 multiple choice questions). The guide also has four Baby MPTs that explain how to approach an MPT. Also, the guide provides a format for different types of MPT which can be used when taking a real MPT.
The MPT books contain over 58 real MPT questions, and answers as well as sample good student answer. Practicing the questions in the books make me more confident when I have to walk into the examination hall.
