Uniform Bar Exam Checklist

In this post, we give you a checklist of things to make sure you know when you are preparing for the Uniform Bar Exam. Go through this Uniform Bar Exam checklist to make sure you review all of the subjects you need to review and complete the appropriate task.

Uniform Bar Exam Checklist

We break our uniform bar exam checklist up into three parts — the multistate bar exam (MBE) checklist, the multistate essay exam (MEE) checklist, and the multistate performance test (MPT) checklist.

For the MBE and MEE, you should consider a subject to be “done” once you have (1) gone to lecture (so you have an understanding of the subject), (2) memorized it and (3) completed practice problems. Complete 50-100 questions per MBE checklist on your initial “round” and then complete mixed questions. For the MEE, complete at least three questions on your initial round prior to completing timed exams. For the MPT, consider a task to be completed once you have (1) mastered the format and (2) completed at least two practice tasks.
