JD Advising attends the 5th Annual Association of Academic Support Educators Conference!
Last week, JD Advising’s Klaudia Psari attended the 5th Annual Association of Academic Support Educators Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. Academic Support Educators from all over the United States attended the conference, which was hosted by Texas A&M School of Law. AASE’s mission is to “support the professional development of academic support programs and educators, who work to ensure legal education is accessible to all students.”

The conference was very informative. It helped us see what schools are doing to help their students to succeed in their law school courses and also passing the bar exam! We also heard from professors on various topics like using the statistical regression analysis to predict student outcomes, working with retakers on the bar exam, improving multiple-choice test taking performance and promoting student resilience. It was a great conference with many new ideas exchanged. We also enjoyed meeting so many Academic Support Educators from different schools. We learned a lot about how they approach law school and the bar exam.
St. Louis, Missouri hosts next year’s conference. JD Advising looks forward to attending!
